Refund and Returns Overview
GLC Equipment’s refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in “new” condition.
There will be a re-stocking fee of up to 20% depending on the type of attachment and its overall condition. The re-stocking fee can be waived at the discretion of GLC Equipment. GLC may ask for photos of the attachment before approval of a return.
If the attachment has hydraulic hoses and was attached to skid steer, tractor or excavator, we cannot offer a refund.
If the attachment was a special order, we cannot offer a refund.
Please do not send any items back to GLC Equipment without talking to the staff and receiving approval to return the attachment.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Contact GLC for a list of shipping companies for your area.
Refunds
Once your item has been returned to GLC Equipment, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or a cheque will be issued. Any shipping charges will not be refunded.
Exchanges
If you purchased the wrong attachment and want to change it for a different product, we will do our best to find the correct product. If the original product is in “new” condition, it can be exchanged for another product. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges.
Attachments with hydraulic hoses and special order products can not be exchanged.
